Mayor Paul Coogan and Traffic Department Director Stephanie MacArthur announced Monday that Maple Street became a westbound one-way between June and North Main streets as of Dec. 4. June Street is also now a one-way heading southbound from Prospect Street to Maple Street. The city noted that the changes are meant to "improve traffic flow and enhance safety for all students, staff, and nearby drivers." Drivers are advised to pay attention to the posted signage.
